Workout music is like a good piece of bread with your favorite soup (duh, icing on the cake...I'm trying to change my sugar craziness). So you get an email with workout song suggestions. It gives the beats per minute so you can tailor you music to your workout routine (i.e. weights, cardio, plyos).
