Posted a little about my Day 2 and beginning of 3 today. Especially found Fil's blog post empowering. In this life I want to be the one always cheering you on. So whoever you are, whatever you're attempting, wherever you are starting from, know I'm in your corner. Guarantee I'm the one cheering to myself for the people getting their exercise on when you drive by.
This is one of the reasons I love reading my friend Sandy's blog, she is always doing new things and sharing them. Not only do I have the chance to applaud her but it also kicks me in the butt to get my Nike on and just do it.

For the record, Aniston has never had kids, so you shouldn't be feeling bad.
